About Us
We are Dale and Emma Carmichael, and for over a decade, we have dedicated our lives to serving others through pastoral ministry.
As church leaders for eight years, we walked alongside people in their happiest and hardest moments—offering support, guidance, and care through all of life’s seasons.
Our Christian faith is at the heart of who we are. It shapes the way we see life, death, and hope beyond this world. We believe that every life is precious and deserves to be honoured with dignity, meaning, and love.
Having supported many through bereavement and led numerous funeral services, we know how important it is to create a farewell that truly reflects a person’s life and values.
It is this deep sense of care, shaped by our faith and experience, that has led us to funeral celebrancy. We count it a privilege to walk alongside families at such a significant time, helping them find words, comfort, and hope in the midst of loss.
Pricing
Our fees are based on the service required and are always discussed openly with families.
Many pre-paid funeral plans include a “minister’s fee,” which can cover the cost of our services.

Areas We Cover
We are based in Blandford, Dorset and are happy to serve families across the county.
With experience of working with crematoriums in Poole, Bournemouth, and Christchurch, we are also available to support services in other locations.
